A Picture is Worth....
Words can be useful. Pictures can say a lot more with much less effort.
I'm taking you backwards in time. This is why I don't leave the beach when the sun goes down, the colors and reflections keep going. Low tide is great because the wet sand expands the colors of the sky.
Sitting on a bench to watch the sun set on the water, giving our legs a break. The trick is to start heading home before it gets too dark, unless we remember to bring a flashlight.

Even a piece of wood becomes a piece of art that looks different from every angle.
We walked about three miles, and yes, my legs are feeling it.
An abandoned boat. The entire beach is three miles, we walked half of it. I always love reflections.
